1. Acceptance of Terms

4.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Termination and Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 855pub account at any time by contacting Customer Support and requesting account closure. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination

855pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail to provide requested verification documents, or if we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or manipulative activity.
